4 months

Our sweet baby love is 4 months old!  She had a check up the other day and weighed in at 14 lbs. 5 oz.  and is about 24 inches long. So, for her weight she is in  the 50-75 percentile and for length the 25-50 percentile. I'm not really sure what that means other than she is growing just fine and those are the stats. 

She is getting better at liking tummy time. She would much rather be sitting up or stand on our laps. She has this new thing where she grabs the sides of our faces and pulls herself to us to give us big, wet kisses. She will stand on our laps doing this for as long as we will let her. I'm pretty sure she just wants to put our faces in her mouth just like everything else she sees, but it really cracks her up. 

Sleeping through the night has changed a bit. She only sleeps for 2-3 hours right when we put her down, then she's up about every hour or two until she eats at 6:00 am. Mama is worn out. She isn't hungry because she dropped her middle of the night feeding 2 months ago. She just wants to be picked up and rocked back to sleep. I'm sure still sleeping in mama and daddy's room doesn't really help, so when we get back from visiting cousin Jude and new baby cousin Lilly in Texas in a couple of weeks the sleep training will begin. 

Like I say every time, she is such a joy and we cannot get enough of her.
